Many guests highlight the spacious rooms, especially in the Residence wing, which feature amenities such as a kitchenette or even a washing machine and dryer; plus some rooms include a Nespresso machine. Some visitors felt that the rooms are too small for the price paid.

spacious room useful kitchenette convenient location

the room was spacious and it featured a kitchenette. it proved quite useful (we like to make tea at night). being within walking distance of the dongdaemun shopping area and the subway was convenient for exploring.

the reception area is on the top floor. it was somewhat inconvenient with luggage.

mixed feelings about this stay

small room sketchy alleys

the room was clean and housekeeping did a decent job..

i had higher hopes for this hotel, considering its reputation. the check-in process felt disorganized as i had to take the elevator to the 20th floor with all my luggage. the room size was smaller than expected, especially when traveling with family. i also noticed the surrounding area seemed a bit run down, with some unsettling alleys nearby, so i did not feel safe walking at night.

Fantastic Family Getaway!

convenient location breakfast dishes attentive staff awesome bonus

The hotel's location was super convenient, especially with the metro station nearby! The breakfast buffet had many choices. I especially enjoyed the local dishes! The staff was friendly, even when my kids were being a little messy during breakfast. The kids' play area was an amazing bonus for families with young children like mine!

The air conditioning in my room could have been a bit quieter, but it was a minor issue!

My room was spacious, tidy and clean and included a kitchenette, a great bonus! The toiletries were also lovely to use. I liked the separate doors for the toilet and bath. It.!!
